Work visas
Skilled Worker
The Skilled Worker Visa is available to individuals of all nationalities who have a job offer for an eligible skilled position from UK employer that’s been approved by the Home Office (https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/register-of-licensed-sponsors-workers). This visa can lead to settlement and applicants may bring dependent partners and children with them. Before applying, the UK sponsor must issue a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) to confirm that both the individual and the role meet the necessary sponsorship criteria. If the Skilled Worker Visa is not suitable for you, there are alternative work routes you can explore. For expert advice and assistance on work visas, contact our immigration specialists through our contact form.
